a little bit naughty

Okay I know I'm a bad person. I have seriously neglected you blog and you have every right to hate me… but please… take me back? I promise to treat you right………….. and then we lived happily ever after.

Okay so prepare for my excuses… but a) I underestimated the extent of what the NSW HSC involved… and man I've been busy b) I'm been working a lot… and c) I don't even know what else to say I've just been exposed to a horrendous amount of business. But hey, I'm back, I have some catching up to do and I'm here to stay.

So to make it up to you blog I will be inundating you with numerous posts in the next hour because you have missed A LOT.

So here we go.

In this post I went to Sydney, rocked it out representing Karl… and may or may not have been put on the naughty list of the banking world. But yeah, this happened. I couldn't help it. Just look at that perfect piece of handcrafted perfection… black, white, gold and all things sexy. I could not help it - guilty.. sue me. And yeah these Marc Jacobs babes happened as well… and they feel like slippers. They are seriously so comfortable it's ridiculous.

i spy

I apologise for the extremely long absence on my part. I've either been consumed by work or buried under a mountain of school work. I'm literally either in my school uniform at the moment, running late for work in head to toe Country Road or dumping my bag as I get home and smearing my makeup off my face… therefore literally zero outfit posts have been taken. I'm working this weekend so i'll hopefully make it up to you guys - i'll try my hardest.

I've thrown myself into my school work at the moment to try and maximise the amount of work i'm getting done as the demand is at a constant increase.

Just as the weather began cooling down, it's back to miserable mugginess.

Right now i'm enjoying watching the Winter Olympics in Sochi, and reading about four books for school simultaneously.

ruling a man's world

Hello Chickens! I'm currently experiencing a serious case of procrastination in reference to all of the study notes I have to make, hence why when my Mum asked me to go out for a lunch and a shop I jumped at the chance. The Schlieffen Plan just isn't interesting me at the moment unfortunately.

I've lately been feeling a little nostalgic over my Melbourne trip 2012, where little fifteen year old me experienced the tram line and lusted over Acne products. I've been scrolling through my photos from that time and everything was so perfect then. So, in order to feed my nostalgia without actually taking off to Melbourne… I rummaged through my wardrobe to find my Acne mens shirt that I bought in the Bourke St store. I've styled it here a little differently to I had at the time in the Melbourne autumn, due to the 30 degree heat I sweltered in today.

Regardless, today was lovely and well spent. After lunch at Sage, I didn't go overboard with purchases - but I did treat myself a tad. I picked up this Adidas tee that i've had on my mind for a while now. I also got the Windsor Smith Chunk's that i've been lusting over for ages so i'm definitely a happy camper at the moment.

(I've also featured a photo of my indestructible and loveable Nike freerun 2's that have stuck by me by supporting my soles for the last few months. I thought i'd show them a little love with a feature.)

i'm wide eyed and so damn caught in the middle

I apologise for my absence but i've been couch-ridden with a cold/cough combo and my pyjamas don't make for much of an outfit post. Despite this hindrance I have been fortunate enough to not be bored with the amount of my tv shows that have returned to my television screen. I've been able to catch up with Teen Wolf, Pretty Little Liars and Millionare Matchmaker - the perfect combo when i'm feeling a bit sorry for myself.

Yesterday and today it was back to health and back to work, and back to some new beautiful purchases.

I've been on a bit of a splurging spree on myself to make myself feel a bit better… it's worked.

Check out these beauties i've picked up over the last few days - they're beautiful.

A lot are from Country Road as we have the most amazing stock in - I was pleasantly surprised as I returned to work. I highly recommend checking out your closest Country Road store or the online store (however not all stock is online yet) because we honestly have some B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L things in stock at the moment (clothes, shoes and bags). They're definitely worth checking out!

On what i've purchased, I never thought i'd fall into the whole skort phenomenon but after seeing it on and seeing the perfect fit - I was sold. I'm also obsessing over this canvas tote from Colette. Admittedly, I have judged Colette in the past and I haven't really been into any of there stores however spotting this tote from across the shopping centre from Wittner's window - I had to have it.

There's so many rad things in all the stores at the moment - all I can say is that i'm happily and readily embracing the start of Autumn. Happy shopping!

Merry Christmas to all

Today was spent celebrating the festive season with my beautiful family. Despite the slight rain and cloud cover, we enjoyed our day just the same with a traditional roast prepared by my mother with my assistance, catching up, eating pudding and custard, and exchanging gifts.

Christmas really is my favourite time of year as it allows families to come together.

I was extremely fortunate this year thanks to my family and I am so incredibly grateful. The gifts I received were out of this world and I am very lucky.

Even more so than receiving these beauties, the real gift is not only spending time with my family - but seeing their smiles and surprise when they open the present you give them. This is my favourite part of Christmas :)

I hope you all had a wonderful day with your friends and family.

Merry Christmas to each and every one of you xx

Han.
